OPAM s.r.l. was born in 1996 thanks to the twenty-year experience of its two charter members Inverardi and Gaibotti and now it is a company that has an eye on the future and enjoys an excellent reputation both in Bresica territory and all over the North of Italy.
Its 1300 square meters factory is equipped with state of the art machines such as milling machines, boring machines and CNC vertical work units. This factory includes a very big stock for material, for the quality control and an area for the assembling of products. A part of the factory is equipped with overhead travelling crane (P=5t) used to move goods in a quicker and safer way. The exterior area is devoted to the loading and unloading of products.
Our technical department can study solutions in order to meet our customers’ requirements as much as possible.

Our equipment includes sophisticated machines for the turning, milling, boring and CNC processing.
The process that leads to the delivery of the finished products starts from the purchasing, the analysis and control of the raw material, goes through the development of the drawing by means of CAD/CAM systems and gets finally to the processing of single parts and of orders formed by hundreds or thousands of parts. Our control systems are managed by a central computerized unit having a minimum tolerance (+/- 0,05).
At the end of the production cycle, the quality control is carried out by applying the “Altimetro Mitutoyo” system by means of printer and manual measuring machine mod. DEA MISTRAL 10.07.05, 750X650X450.
